NOVAMETRIX EXPANDING OEM PRESENCE VIA ANDROS ACQUISITION through a stock transfer valued at about $84.4 mil. The definitive agreement, signed July 29, would make Novametrix Medical Systems "the world's largest OEM supplier of gas monitoring products for medical applications," the firm maintains.
