ABBOTT LCx URIPROBE GONORRHEA/CHLAMYDIA GENE AMPLIFICATION TEST is being priced "just above" the $4-8 charged for the LCx test for chlamydia only, the company says. FDA clearance of Abbott's gene amplification gonorrhea test enables the firm to package the two sexually transmitted disease tests together as the URIprobe.
