U.S. SURGICAL "CAGES" SURGICAL DYNAMICS, AUGMENTING SPINAL SURGICAL offerings with products including SDI's Ray Threaded Fusion Cage for spinal stabilization. U.S. Surgical Corp. announced Nov. 7 that it has entered an agreement to buy E-Z-EM, Inc.'s 51%-owned Surgical Dynamics subsidiary for $60 mil. cash. The deal, pending regulatory approvals, is likely to be complete before the end of 1995, USSC says.
