SUMMIT TECHNOLOGY TO OPEN 20-30 LASER VISION CENTERS WITHIN 12 MONTHS, assuming that the company gets approval from FDA for photorefractive keratectomy vision correction "during calendar year 1995," Summit President and Chairman David Muller said at a Sept. 20 session of the Bear Stearns health care conference in New York City. On Sept. 15, Summit received an "approvable letter" from FDA for its request to market its excimer laser system for PRK.
