AHP's SHERWOOD/DAVIS & GECK INTEGRATION PLAN will be developed over the next few months, according to the company. On Sept. 11, American Home Products announced that it will combine its two major medical device companies into a single business that will have sales in excess of $1 bil. David Low, the current president of Sherwood Medical, will run the merged operation, which will be called Sherwood-Davis & Geck and operate out of Sherwood's home base of St. Louis.
