CLAIMANT PROOF OF SILICONE BREAST IMPLANT MANUFACTURER will be required in order for the 440,000 plaintiffs in the global breast implant settlement to take part in settlement agreements that are being pursued with individual manufacturers following the collapse of the $4.23 bil. class action settlement.
