FDLI device meetings: Food and Drug Law Institute will hold a seminar Sept. 7 in Washington, D.C. on marketing and advertising of drugs, medical devices and biologics. The seminar "will provide an update on policy and enforcement issues involving the FDA, the FTC, State Attorneys General Offices and the Inspector General's Office," FDLI says.
