ICU Medical: San Clemente, California-based manufacturer of disposable connection systems for IV therapy files a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an offering of 1.8 mil. shares of common stock. The offering, to be managed by Rodman & Renshaw Inc., includes 1.46 mil. shares sold by the company. Proceeds will be used to "expand marketing and distribution, for strategic acquisitions, to increase manufacturing capacity and for general corporate and working capital purposes," ICU says.
