NAMES: National Association of Medical Equipment Services appoints Thomas Montgomery to the newly created position of vice president of governmental relations. For the past five years, Montgomery has served as counsel for GOP members of the House Commerce/Oversight Subcommittee. Prior to his tenure with the subcommittee, he spent five years as legislative director and counsel to Rep. Michael Oxley (R-Ohio).
