Executive Summary
Sharon Smith Holston is slated to become deputy commissioner of the Office of External Affairs, according to agency staffers. Since 1993, Holston has been serving as associate commissioner, Office of Management and Systems, where she spearheaded the Reinventing Administrative Management Program, an agency-wide project to streamline and increase efficiency of administrative operations.
