CORDIS TO SELL ENDOSONICS INTRAVASCULAR ULTRASOUND PRODUCTS in the U.S., Latin America, and Far East countries excluding Japan under an "alliance" forged between the two firms the week of Aug. 29. Under the pact, Cordis will purchase "guaranteed minimum quantities" of certain IVUS products from Endosonics.
