Executive Summary
Sign agreement to develop, manufacture and distribute medical devices for use in photodynamic therapy (PDT). Under the deal, Coherent would be "responsible for the development of laser systems and associated devices such as power meters and dosimetry equipment" for use with "QLT's proprietary photosensitizers, Photofrin and benzoporphyrin derivative."
