Names James Hickey, Jr., president and CEO of the Minneapolis- based firm. Hickey replaces current CFO William Milne, who had been acting in the position since the departure of former president and CEO Curtis Olson in December 1992. Hickey, a 15-year veteran of the health care industry, spent three years as president of Baxter's Hospitex division before beginning his most recent position as president of Baxter's respiratory/anesthesia systems division in 1989.
