Executive Summary
Rheinhard Warnking joins company as president, COO and member of the board. Warnking, who previously was president and CEO of Acoustic Imaging Technology, Inc., replaces Michael Henson as president of the company. Henson will continue as CEO and chairman of the board. The COO position is newly established. In addition, David Robertson will become chief financial officer and vice president, assuming the posts from Dana Nickell, who retains the position of vice president, business development. Endosonics also announced first quarter 1993 sales revenues of $1.3 mil., up from $1.2 mil. in the first quarter of 1993.
