Sacramento, California-based manufacturer of digital imaging systems completes a $2.7 mil. private placement of its common stock. In a March 17 release announcing the placement, the firm notes that it has also negotiated a $1 mil. line of credit with Imperial Bank. The firm will use the funds to support manufacturing operations and sales expansion. In the last month, the firm has added distributors in Finland, Denmark and China to its existing sales network of over 12 international distributors.
