Executive Summary
Four directors will remain at the firm following the resolution of a proxy contest: Guy Levy, PhD, Laser Medical's founder and CEO; Federico Pignatelli; Richard Keates, PhD; and Shirley McGarvey. The company anticipates that four independent directors will be elected to the board within the next five weeks.
