Executive Summary
Collaborating with Cell Genesys, Inc. on the development of a "universal, full-thickness" skin replacement product. The new product is intended to eliminate the need to harvest grafts of a patient's own skin and reduce delays associated with culturing a patient's own skin cells in the laboratory before grafting takes place. The collaboration will utilize ATS' dermal tissue engineering technology and Cell Genesys' engineered epidermal skin cells.
